An opportunity has arisen to support the work of the Justice Directorate and Communities, Partnerships & Prevention Directorate of the Office of the South Wales Police and Crime Commissioner.
We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and experienced member (x2) to join the team. The successful applicant will be required to work within a diverse team, providing seamless coordination and administration support to their allocated Directorate (and the wider office, as required) to deliver, monitor and report against their priorities.
The role will require someone who is organised, able to work independently, with a keen eye for detail. The individual must be confident in influencing senior leaders and briefing up to Directors and Heads of service.
You will need to be able to develop strong working relationships with others, internally and externally. You will be a team player who is self-motivated, able to develop and implement robust administrative processes, identify better ways of working and manage competing demands at a time of considerable change for the office.
