Vehicle Sales Administrator

The Sinclair Group are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Temporary Vehicle Sales Administrator, based at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Swansea. The opportunity is a temporary role covering maternity leave, full‑time hours, based at the new state‑of‑the‑art site at Heron Drive. This role will deliver an efficient and accurate administrative support function.

You will help ensure that each customer receives exceptional service from the moment they place their vehicle order through to the point of delivery. Although this is a temporary role, it may lead to further opportunities within the Sinclair Group. You will be responsible for:

  • Updating status reports daily
  • Taxing and invoicing new and used vehicles
  • Processing new vehicle invoices/credits on a daily basis.
  • Performing ad hoc general administrative duties.
  • Maintaining strong communication and teamwork with the retail sales team.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate flow of information to relevant colleagues
  • Delivering excellent customer service and presenting yourself professionally when handling customer and administrative enquiries.
  • Previous administration experience is essential and experience of working within fleet administration would be an advantage
  • Computer Literate, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Kerridge /ADP experience would be advantageous
  • Confident communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully as a team player with a thorough approach to work
