The Sinclair Group are looking for an organised and customer-focused Fleet Sales Co‑ordinator to join our team at Van Centre Cardiff. This key support role within our Fleet operation helps to ensure fleet vehicle orders are processed smoothly from order replacement through to delivery.

Hours of work: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday

Position Pays:
Negotiable depending on experience

The Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating fleet vehicle orders from initial order through to final delivery
  • Working closely with the wider fleet department to support day-to-day operations
  • Providing a high level of customer service to customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Supporting administration, pricing and order management activities
  • Ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and kept up to date
  • Communicating clearly with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence working in a sales, fleet, or customer-focused environment
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Comfortable using IT systems and standard software
