Elite Touch Group Ltd are excited to be working with their well-established client, who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their friendly private client team, based at their Basildon office.

You will be responsible for primarily supporting the private client fee earner based at that office as well as assisting other fee earners in the private client team when workloads permit. The role will include undertaking administrative tasks on behalf of the fee earners as well as transcription work, taking client calls, managing diaries and assisting with file management.

As well as a willingness and aptitude to learn, candidates must possess a can‑do approach to their work, excellent and accurate typing skills together with strong organisational abilities. Professional communication skills are also essential.
