We are looking for an organised, customer-focused and proactive Business Support Officer to join our Corporate Landlord team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting both the Costing and Helpdesk functions, ensuring that council buildings, facilities and ICT equipment are effectively supported through efficient administrative and customer service process.
As part of a busy team, you will be responsible for processing contractor orders and invoices, maintaining asset records, and helping deliver an effective facilities helpdesk service. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, contractors and suppliers, helping to resolve queries and ensuring work requests are progressed and completed efficiently.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
