Our client, a leading automotive accident repair centre located in Bridgend, South Wales, is seeking an experienced and professional Vehicle Panel Beater to join their busy bodyshop team. Duties of the Panel Beater:

Replacement and repair of damaged automotive body panels
Conduct chassis and framework repairs
Accurately assess vehicle damage and determine suitable repair methods
Carry out bumper and door repairs as required
Ensure all panel beating works meet internal and third-party quality standards
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and safe operation of the centre
Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements of the Panel Beater:

Current or recent experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater
Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent are desirable, but strong on-the-job experience will be considered
Good eye for detail and quality workmanship
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
UK driving licence with minimal points
ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards would be advantageous but is not essential
