We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable family-run franchise-approved car dealership in Bridgend for the position of Vehicle Technician. This is a great Vehicle Technician opportunity for an experienced professional to join a dedicated team committed to high standards of vehicle service, repair, and diagnostics.

Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Accurately identify vehicle faults and report findings to management
Ensure repairs and diagnostics meet safety, reliability, and performance requirements
Adhere to health & safety protocols and quality procedures at all times
Maintain high standards of workmanship and organisation within the workshop
Work efficiently within a franchise dealer-approved environment
Collaborate as part of a friendly, professional team to deliver exemplary customer service

Requirements of a Vehicle Technician:

Qualifications:

IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Strong team player with excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to high standards in a busy workshop environment
Organised, methodical, and committed to quality workmanship
