Key Responsibilities
- Helping the Head of Production to develop the departments' talent development strategy (including advisory sessions, masterclasses, resources, training, festival delegations, and flexible funding for career progression opportunities)
- Managing all training, CPD activity and events orientated toward above-the-line talent working with freelance event producers where required.
- Developing partnerships and identifying funding opportunities to help us to grow the talent development activity that we offer.
