Public Services Ombudsman for Wales is seeking Independent Members of the Advisory Panel to help set the PSOW’s strategic direction and key policies. You will scrutinise annual plans, budgets, and governance arrangements while promoting accountability and stakeholder confidence.
As an Independent Member, you will monitor performance against the Three-Year Strategic Plan, advise on risk, controls and assurance, and contribute to ensuring value for money across the organisation.
