The position would suit a proven Site Manager with a solid background in new build residential housing, capable of managing subcontractors, maintaining build quality, and driving the programme forward. You will play a key role in coordinating all on-site activities and liaising with the wider construction and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall management of the site from start through to completion
* Managing subcontractors, labour, and materials
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Maintaining programme and quality standards
* Coordinating inspections and ensuring works meet building control and NHBC requirements
* Reporting progress to senior management
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience as a Site Manager on new build housing projects
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* CSCS (Black or Gold Card preferred)
