Overview

Construction Foreman - Fire stopping / Sprinklers – Swansea. We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor for an experienced Construction Foreman to oversee fire stopping works, with a strong focus on sprinkler installations, on projects based in Swansea. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone who knows fire protection inside out and can confidently manage operatives, quality, and programme on site.

• Supervising fire stopping works with particular emphasis on sprinkler penetrations
• Managing day-to-day site activity and coordinating labour
• Ensuring works are completed to spec, drawings, and fire safety regulations
• Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and inspectors
• Carrying out quality checks and maintaining high standards of compliance
• Driving productivity while maintaining health & safety at all times

• Proven experience as a Foreman / Supervisor within fire stopping or fire protection
• Strong knowledge of sprinkler systems and associated fire stopping
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• CSCS card
• Strong communication and leadership skills
