Valleys to Coast is seeking a Surveyor to provide a broad surveying service across its property portfolio, with a strong focus on complex issues including damp, mould and condensation and HHSRS compliance.
You will lead complex inspections, prepare specifications, manage repairs with tenants and contractors, and liaise with statutory bodies. A HNC/HND in building or construction and relevant experience are required;
Welsh language skills are desirable.
