Taking real ownership of this role, your work and your relationships too, you’ll quickly become an integral part of the studio, helping to define what the agency stands for, and what they go after!
You’ll help to define goals and plot project direction, working closely with your clients and making the most of your communication and collaboration skills to build trusting relationships that help you get to the heart of problems.
Working across a mixture of global FMCG, design-led brands and creative campaigns, you’ll deliver work that’s always rooted in sound strategic thinking, utilising your creativity and versatility and keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest trends to bring brands to life.
What We’re Looking ForA smart, design-literate Senior Strategist who can confidently run accounts, work with founders and strike the perfect balance between strategic and creative thinking. Curious in thinking and strong in problem-solving, you’ll have plenty of experience delivering strategy across brand, design and creative campaigns, and know exactly how to communicate effectively, translating ideas across teams and channels.
We want to hear all about your high standards as well as your open and collaborative approach to working, and how you apply these skills when running accounts and managing senior client stakeholders. If you have worked in a design or advertising agency already, this would be ideal for this one!
- Experience delivering strategy across brand, design and creative campaigns
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to translate ideas across teams
- Experience working with founders and senior client stakeholders
- Design-literate with curiosity and high standards
- Agency background preferred
