Candidate Experience site is recruiting a Switchboard Operator to join the Patient Support Centre based in St Mellons. The role is a full time permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week.
You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and healthcare professionals, handling incoming and outgoing calls across multiple hospital sites with professionalism and discretion. A high standard of customer service is essential.
