We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Family Support Worker to join our lovely team at Ivy House School and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils and their families. We are currently going through a very exciting time of expansion of the School therefore requiring additional roles. This rewarding role involves working closely with children with special educational needs, parents, carers, and staff to provide practical guidance, emotional support, and strong home–school links.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, proactive, and committed to helping families navigate challenges while celebrating every success, big or small. If you’re passionate about inclusion, teamwork, and supporting families to thrive, we’d love to welcome you to our warm, supportive, and child-centred school.
