We are currently recruiting experienced Learning Support Assistant professionals to support Primary Schools in the Cowbridge and Bridgend areas. Due to an increasing demand from our partner schools, we are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils and making a positive difference in the classroom.

These roles can range from full-time and part-time positions to flexible day-to-day supply, offering excellent opportunities for those looking for consistency or adaptable working arrangements.

Requirements:

Previous experience working within a school setting

Enhanced DBS certificate

Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

A positive, proactive approach to supporting children's learning
