Bridgend County Borough Council is looking for an experienced Lead Education Engagement Co-ordinator for a full-time, temporary position. You will lead efforts to improve school attendance and support vulnerable learners.
This role involves collaboration with schools, families, and partner agencies to ensure inclusive education for all children. A valid driving license and Welsh language skills are required.
The position follows a hybrid working policy and may last up to 12 months or until the post holder returns.
