South Wales Police is looking for dedicated individuals to join their team as Police Officers through two unique programs: the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) and the Degree Holder Entry Programme (DHEP). Each path offers an enriching blend of education and on-the-job training.
The PCDA is a three-year apprenticeship leading to a professional degree, while the DHEP is aimed at those already holding a degree and provides a two-year training program. Candidates will receive substantial support, training, and opportunities for career progression.
