Bridgend – Unqualified September Teaching Assistants needed – Special Educational Needs provision – Full-Time, Monday to Friday – £92.63 per day

Teaching Personnel is looking for committed and enthusiastic Unqualified Teaching Assistants to join a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Bridgend. This school supports children aged 3 to 19, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable working across all key stages. The school is deeply dedicated to offering high‑quality learning experiences and actively involves pupils in shaping the school’s future direction.

• Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning to meet individual student needs.
• Provide one‑on‑one and small group support during lessons and daily activities.
• Promote students' academic progress as well as their social and emotional wellbeing.
• Help maintain a supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere.
• Aid in the preparation and modification of educational materials.
• Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and SEN specialists.

• No formal qualifications required.
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS (Teaching Personnel can help you obtain this)
• Safeguarding Level 2 (Teaching Personnel can help you obtain this)

• Competitive daily rate of £92.63

• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
• This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
