Bridgend College is seeking a Progress Coach (Welsh Essential) for a full-time, term-time only post. The role is fixed-term until March 2027 with a pro rata salary scale 5 (£30,165 - £33,119).
The successful candidate will champion student progress, supporting wellbeing and the learner journey in a post-16 environment. Responsibilities include delivering high levels of care, using a person-centred approach, and collaborating with a dedicated team.
