Bridgend College is seeking a Supported Internship Tutor/Assessor to deliver the Project SEARCH programme on-site with a local employer. You will coach interns, teach essential workplace skills and support their progression into paid employment.
The role requires experience in workplace learning for young people with ALN, along with an ALN/SEN qualification or willingness to pursue one, and either PGCE and Assessor Awards or willingness to achieve them. Welsh language skills encouraged.
