Bridgend College is seeking an Individual Development Plan (IDP) Coordinator to support learners with additional learning needs. You will coordinate the creation, update and review of IDPs in full compliance with ALNET 2018 and the ALN Code (2021).
You will collaborate with learners, parents/carers, college staff and external professionals to understand needs and plan effective support, while upholding safeguarding and bilingual service commitments.
