The Role

Deliver engaging and inspiring Business Studies lessons (KS4 &
5).
Plan, prepare and assess pupils' work in line with curriculum requirements.
Support students in achieving their academic potential.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with department colleagues and wider school staff.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), although applicants with a PCET qualification and relevant teaching experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Has experience teaching Business Studies within a secondary or post-16 setting.
Demonstrates strong classroom management skills.
Is passionate about student progress and achievement.
Can build positive relationships with students, staff and parents.
