Job Description

This role will see you being involved with offering technical support to our site teams, ensuring that the Building Services are designed, installed and commissioned to required standards in a timely and efficient manner. Relevant qualification (Degree/HND) in Building Services/Architectural Engineering, or 8+ years industry experience.

Responsibilities
  • Managing delivery of utilities to meet programme constraints
  • Managing pre-construction activities/deliverables associated with the Building Services sub-contract
  • Ensuring coordination with other design disciplines
  • Ensuring BWIC detailing is accurate and timely
  • Supporting excellence in health and safety standards
  • Managing technical approvals to ensure compliance and acceptance
  • Ensuring Building Services programme milestones are achieved
  • Providing technical support to site teams with regard to Building Services sub-contract
  • Ensuring installation standards are adhered to and compliant with contractual requirements
  • Adding value to project delivery
  • Ensuring systems are commissioned in a timely manner and in line with industry standards
  • Preparation and presentation of all necessary Building Services related documents required for successful project handover
  • Build and maintain relationships with Building Services supply chain
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement
  • Adherance to all Company Policies
Qualifications
  • Relevant qualification (Degree/HND) in Building Services/Architectural Engineering, or 8+ years industry experience
  • Self-starter able to work within a team
  • Independent working and drive for results
  • Knowledge of building process and various building components
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Travel to other sites across the UK & Ireland may be required
