Bridgend (Hybrid - 3 days office based)
£26,000 - £30,000

This is a Junior/Entry-Level position - no prior financial crime experience is required. Full training will be provided. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door within the financial services sector, offering clear progression pathways into Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, and wider regulatory functions.
Key Responsibilities
Support financial crime monitoring and assurance activities
Assist with compliance reviews and control testing
Produce and maintain monitoring reports for stakeholders
Help review policies, procedures, and governance documentation
Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and control gaps
Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring frameworks
Support audits, regulatory reviews, and internal assurance work
Assist with financial crime training and awareness initiatives
Essential:
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Excel skills (data handling, reporting, analysis)
Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-organised and proactive approach
Desirable (not essential):
Maths, Finance, Economics or related degree
Exposure to data analysis or reporting work
Interest in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Crime
