Our well know client has a fantastic vacancy for an Occupational Therapist to work in their Head of Therapy Department in Dubai.

Our client work in collaboration with parents and professionals. Their Out-Reach Service is available at selected schools and nurseries in Dubai, facilitating and/or group therapy, supporting teachers and students with Special Education Needs (SEN).

Requirements:

* Degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field

* Has a Dubai Health Authority Licence or Eligibility Letter

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical role

* Experience in managing a multidisciplinary therapy team

Essential Criteria :

* Strong understanding of service delivery models, clinical supervision, and professional ethics

* Eligible to drive in the UAE and has use of own car

* Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills

* Ability to problem-solve and manage therapy service gaps effectively

* Experience in outreach and school-based therapy services

* Able to take advice and guidance from your manager and ensure excellent communication is practised for daily updates

Desirable Criteria:

* Experience in business development and marketing engagement within a healthcare setting

* Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and policies

* Experience in implementing new therapy programs or initiatives

* Proven record of staff training and professional development

Potential to learn:

* Developing expertise in financial and resource management within a therapy service

* Gaining experience in strategic planning and organisational growth

* Learning advanced data analysis and outcome measurement techniques for service improvement

* Expanding knowledge in technology for therapy services.

* Developing skills in policy-making and advocacy for therapy services
