RCT (Cwm Taf) PEOPLE FIRST LIMITED is seeking a Chair and Vice-Chair to lead their Board of Trustees. As principal leaders, you will ensure effective governance and deliver positive outcomes for beneficiaries, particularly those with learning disabilities.
The roles require a commitment to the charity's vision, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships. Lived experience of learning disabilities is highly valued, and support will be provided for full participation in governance.
