Materials and Laboratory Technician

The position involves undertaking soils, concrete and bituminous testing and sampling on site at various locations and in the laboratory.

• Technician to undertake soils, concrete and bituminous testing and sampling on site at various locations, and in the laboratory.
• Weekend working will be required from time to time.
• Contribute day to day in the effective operation of the laboratory.
• Ensure compliance with company rules and procedures.

• Experience in in-situ & laboratory testing activities would be advantageous.
• The post holder will be expected to attend and pass internal and industry recognised external training courses. These may include but not be limited to PTS, CCNSG, CSCS, CAT, First Aid and manual handling training.
• UK Driving License.
• On the job training will be provided.

• Salary £27,000.
