Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you a dedicated care professional ready to lead a meaningful residential home for adults with autism? We are seeking a passionate and experienced Home Manager to oversee a 4-bed specialist residential home in Bridgend. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents by creating a warm, inclusive, and empowering environment. As the Home Manager at this residential care home in Bridgend, you will lead with compassion, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity.

• Lead and inspire a dedicated, values-driven team in the residential care home in Bridgend
• Manage a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for residents
• Foster a culture of respect, dignity, and belonging within the home in Bridgend
• Champion person-centred care and promote independence for residents
• Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches to enhance quality of life
• Support and develop staff through coaching and mentoring
• Ensure compliance with care regulations and maintain high standards of care
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or working towards it
• Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager, ready to step into a Home Manager role
• Strong understanding of adult care regulations and compliance
• Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
• Passion for improving lives and making a positive impact
• Full UK driving licence
• Enhanced DBS with barred list check
