Case Management Cymru Ltd. is seeking a warm, reliable carer to support a client living at home in a fully adapted property in Wales.
The role involves assisting with personal care, supporting hydrotherapy and music sessions, and accompanying outings and holidays, including overnight stays. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and must be able to drive, have use of a car, and hold an Enhanced DBS check.
