Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a Band 5 Dietitian to deliver nutrition support and enteral feeding within the community across CTM, including Merthyr Tydfil, Cynon and Taf Ely.
You will work autonomously within professional standards, manage a varied caseload of adult community patients in homes, care homes, day centres and clinics, and develop CPD projects such as sustainability, digital and frailty services.
