: £38,082.60 would be inclusive of Sleep in Shifts at £50 per night with average of 9 per month & approx. 30 hours overtime per month

We have an opportunity for Senior Residential Support Workers to join our dynamic team within our childrens home in Bridgend area
, supporting up to 4 Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties. All our homes are based in a semi-rural location to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for the individuals we support.

Requirements to be a Senior Residential Support Worker:

Essential

• QCF/NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
• Minimum of 1 years experience working in Care.
