- Taking a lead role in all aspects of care within the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care outcomes.
- Supporting the Care Manager with the supervision, appraisal, and performance management of the care team, assisting colleagues to achieve their potential.
- Providing hands‑on care and support to residents, including assistance with personal care, mobility, and mealtime support.
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families to ensure a person‑centred approach to care.
- Collaborating with the care and nursing teams to ensure high‑quality care delivery.
- Assisting in the coordination and engagement of activities to promote residents' well‑being.
- Monitoring and recording residents' physical and emotional well‑being.
- Supporting and inspiring the care team, ensuring all team members attend necessary training and apply the learning in the workplace.
- Administering medication where trained to do so.
- Acting in a professional manner at all times with residents, visitors, and staff.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant ., Experience in care, with previous supervisory experience preferred. - QCF Level 3 or a willingness to work towards this qualification.
- Willingness to undertake CHAP (Care Home Advanced Practitioner) training
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and support others.
- Energetic, motivated, and caring individual with a positive mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential., NVQ/QCF Level 3
- Previous Leadership Experience
- Previous Medication Administration Experience
