Health Care Support Worker - Mental Health​/Learning Disabilities

The post holder will be responsible for following care plans and recording all personally generated observations and documenting care given in individual's notes., You will be undertaking a vital role in maintaining quality care and be part in the recovery of our patients. You will be carrying out several assigned clinical and care tasks related with direct patient care which can have a truly remarkable impact.

Key duties include recording of Daily Observations and how patients present themselves, supporting patients to have a structured day, escorting patients within the community, Vital Signs, Manual Handling, Infection Prevention and Control, Safeguarding, Hydration & Nutrition checks.
