Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support and operations for the SD-WAN environment (Velocloud).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues across multiple protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Implement changes and upgrades in a controlled, secure, and documented manner.
• Assist with the design and deployment of scalable network solutions.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Velocloud SD-WAN.
• In-depth knowledge of networking protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and MPLS.
• Solid background in support and operations within complex network environments.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract role.
• Current SC Clearance is required.
