** About this Role
*** Consulting/Professional Services Experience – 1 to 2.5 years, Minimum Workday Ecosystem Experience – 1 year.
* Consistently lead client demos and explain Workday functionality without support.
* Occasionally called upon to serve as a Senior Consultant for a workstream.
* Demonstrates situational awareness.
* Develop routine deliverables with minimal supervision.
* Does not require direct instruction when conducting primary Workday implementation responsibilities.
* Works Independently and knows when to ask for assistance.
* Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities and core work product.
* Contributes regularly to internal initiatives.
* Contribute to methodology development in their area of expertise.
