Dynamics CRM/ 365 CE Business Analyst

• Analyse requirements, map processes, develop functional design documentation
• Test new features, roll out install and configuration, train new users
• Support business processes and analyse improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with stakeholders on project requirements and milestones

• Proven track record implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Strong business process analysis, requirement gathering, functional documentation skills
• Diverse modular exposure within CRM – ideally including Sales and Customer Service
• Manufacturing or supply chain industry/business process understanding (preferable)
• End‑to‑end functional implementation cycle skills, from analysis through to go‑live
• Confident communication skills, written and verbal – solid stakeholder management ability
