Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an IT Technician to join a growing MSP and deliver on-site IT support in a Bridgend school environment. The role covers hardware, software and network issues, with Windows, Mac and Chrome OS support, and administration of Office 365/Google Workspace.
The ideal candidate has an IT qualification or GCSEs and a genuine interest in IT, with strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
