• Support your Supervisor and Day Manager by working with the shift and ensuring that misplaced packages with missing or damaged labels are sent on to their owner or back to our clients as required.
• Repack parcels with damaged packaging but no damage to the parcel and then forward them to our couriers for delivery.
• Use your initiative to track and return parcels swiftly by working with various parts of the network, including Hubs, Delivery Units, Couriers, and clients; excellent communication skills are necessary.
• Report to the Inbound Process Supervisor and assist in providing leadership across the returns team, managing small projects and taking ownership of particular areas.
• Manage your time autonomously; full‑time contract is 40 hours per week, either exclusively day or night shifts, with some weekend shifts. Flexible and part‑time hours are also available.

• £12.83 per hour with an overtime rate of £19.25.
