Job Description & How to Apply Below
Earn an extra day off every month, plus 32 days' holiday, as a Planning Administrator at an established manufacturer in Bridgend. Salary depends on your experience, and we'll share the range on the first call.
An extra day off every month: once you pass probation, the flexitime scheme gives you up to 12 extra days a year. Add 32 days' holiday, and that is a long weekend most months.
Learn from someone who has done the job: your manager held this exact role before moving up. You will be trained on SAP and the planning process from day one, not left to work it out.
Benefits with a cash value: an electric vehicle lease scheme, a nursery support scheme through salary sacrifice, and a health cash plan covering dental, optical and physio.
A role that connects the whole site: one hour you are on the shop floor checking progress, the next you are with customer service and purchasing agreeing dates.
Your Remuneration Package:
Salary depending on experience, confirmed before interview
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, office-based in Bridgend
24 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays (32 in total)
Flexitime: an extra day off every month after probation
Salary sacrifice pension (3% employer, 5% employee)
Electric vehicle lease scheme and tech purchase plan
Nursery support, health cash plan and confidential counselling
Free on-site parking with EV charging
What You'll Be Doing:
As Planning Administrator in the operations team, you keep information moving between production, purchasing and customer service so orders ship on time.
Allocate realistic dates to customer orders and track what has already been promised
Update demand and production scheduling data in SAP
Monitor open orders and flag shortages or delays early
Keep trackers, spreadsheets and business data accurate
Work daily with the shop floor, orders and purchasing teams
What You'll Need
To Apply:
Experience in a manufacturing business, ideally in supply chain, logistics or planning administration
Confidence talking face to face with different teams, including on the shop floor
Strong organisation and attention to detail across several priorities at once
Good general IT skills; SAP or another ERP system is useful but not essential
Next Steps:
