Description:
The project operates across Bridgend and works with priority needs homeless people to provide housing related support within temporary accommodation as a safe alternative to Bed and Breakfast accommodation. The service provides residential support with the aim of meeting individuals’ needs, promoting independence and enabling a sustainable move-on.
Purpose of Role: To be responsible for the cleaning of the Alternative to Bed and Breakfast Accommodation (ABBA) housing project in Bridgend. The post holder will clean communal areas and staff areas, and ensure void room cleaning is carried out efficiently to minimise vacancies between residents. The accommodation should be maintained to an acceptable standard. On occasion the post holder may need to log maintenance issues on the organisational database and request a repair.
Requirementsand Additional Information
This role is subject to a Basic DBS disclosure.
Driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.
