Title: Cleaner

Location: Bridgend, Glamorgan, CF312LL

Hours: Monday - Saturday 17:00 - 19:30

Hourly Rate: £13.10

About the role: A Cleaner at our client’s premises responsible for maintaining high floors, hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout shifts.

• Dedicate time on site to go the extra mile and meet Atlas’ client needs.
• Inducted at the start of your contract and trained on cleaning specification and equipment in the first week.
• Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials, receiving full training.
• Replenish consumables: paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and bin liners.
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards and follow safety procedures.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Positive and friendly attitude.
• Local to the Bridgend area.
• Cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the role.
• Basic spoken English for safety communication and public interactions.
• Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Required to undergo a Basic DBS Check.
