New Directions Education Ltd is recruiting school caretakers to cover temporary positions in primary and secondary schools in Bridgend and surrounding areas. Roles vary by school, with some primary positions following split shifts (7:00–11:00, 15:00–18:00) and secondary roles often running full days (08:00–16:00 or 10:00–18:00).
Caretakers are responsible for upkeep, security, heating/alarm systems, basic cleaning and opening/closing the premises.
