Loader – Refuse, Recycling & Waste Collections

We are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Bridgend (CF32).

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit and are looking for stable, ongoing work with overtime opportunities.

The Role:

As a Loader, you will work as part of a collection crew carrying out refuse, recycling and waste collection services across the local area.

Duties may include:

. Loading domestic and commercial waste and recycling onto collection vehicles.

. Assisting the driver and crew to complete collection routes safely and efficiently.

. Working across all current operations, including refuse, recycling and waste collections.

. Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.

. Carrying out any other duties required to support the operation.

Offer:

. £13.45 per hour.

. Overtime paid at 150% of the standard hourly rate.

. Regular start times between 6:30am and 7:00am.
