We are currently recruiting for an experienced

Mobile

Cleaning Managerto oversee cleaning operations across the Bridgend /Talbot Green region.

This is a hands-on mobile management position, and applicants must have previous managerial or supervisory experience within facilities management, cleaning or a similar environment.

You will be responsible for supporting and managing cleaning teams across multiple sites within the region, ensuring consistently high standards are maintained.

• Managing and supervising cleaning teams across multiple sites
• Travelling between sites within the Bridgend / Talbot Green region
• Allocating duties and ensuring adequate staffing and site coverage
• Monitoring cleaning standards and completing site checks
• Managing staff attendance, performance and productivity
• Providing hands-on cleaning support when required
• Ensuring cleaning equipment, materials and stock are available
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Reporting and resolving any site issues
• Liaising with clients and on-site management
• Ensuring all sites operate efficiently and to the required standards

• Previous managerial or supervisory experience within facilities management is essential
• Experience managing cleaning teams is highly desirable
• FullUK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the mobile nature of the role
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confident managing multiple teams and locations
• Reliable,punctual and able to lead by example
• Ableto work5:00am – 11:00am, Monday to Saturday
• Available for an
  immediate start

As this is a mobile position,travelling time between sites will be paid at your normal hourly rate. Fuel costs will also be reimbursed upon submission of fuel receipts.
