Aramark UK is looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead and deliver essential training at HMP Parc, a Category B prison serving over 1,600 meals daily. • Deliver Food Safety and Allergen training to prisoners working in catering
• Induct and train staff and prisoners in kitchen operations
• Maintain training records and complete monthly safety checks
• Provide practical demonstrations and health & hygiene instruction
• Identify learners for NVQs and manage enrolments
• Support food preparation when needed
• Meet KPIs and report monthly training stats

• Strong food knowledge and Level 3 Food Safety qualification
• Experience training and developing individuals
• Excellent communication skills with patience and resilience
• UK residency for 5+ years, legal right to work, and ability to pass security vetting
