About the Role
Could you be our next Front of House Supervisor in Slim Chickens Bridgend? Slim Chickens serves up southern‑inspired fresh chicken tenders, wings and sandwiches in a casual, laid‑back setting.
What You’ll Be Doing- Supervising and coordinating front‑of‑house operations to ensure seamless service
- Leading, mentoring and motivating the front‑of‑house team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cleanliness and presentation
- Managing guest relations, handling any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assisting with staff training and development to uphold our brand standards
- Supporting the management team in driving sales and achieving business goals
- Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere where both staff and guests thrive
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast‑paced environment
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top‑notch service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
