Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Bridgend for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist. The role involves day‑to‑day operation and management of CNC machinery, machining, and milling tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining high‑quality output through precision machining, adhering to production standards, and conducting regular quality control checks. The CNC Machinist will work as part of a team to support the efficient functioning of the manufacturing process within the facility.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in machine operation and handling machinery
  • Experience in machining and milling / turning
  • Strong focus on quality control to ensure precision and adherence to standards
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain CNC equipment effectively
  • Relevant vocational training, certification, or industrial experience in CNC machining
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills
  • Previous experience in plastics / metals manufacturing is a plus
