Welder Plater

We are working with a client who has an enviable reputation producing high quality fabrications with a quick, efficient turnaround and delivering outstanding levels of customer service and have been established for over 30 years. We are recruiting for an experienced Welder Plater to join this business in Stockport.

Key Skills Required

Must have at least 2 years working experience as a Welder Plater.
Ability to fabricate and weld sheet/plate and sectional steel.
Must be able to work to Detailed Engineering Drawings.
Must be able to use Bandsaws, Guillotines, Drills, Rollers.
Experience in general workshop activities.

The successful Welder Plater will have a proven background in the workshop and working as a welder plater. In return my client is offering an excellent opportunity to enhance and build on your skills, free onsite parking, and benefits to be confirmed.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:00 (Half Hour Dinner)

Overtime as required Time and Half after 38 Hours
