Role & Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to maximise efficiency and quality
Monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
Collaborate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Support the introduction of new products into production
Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making
Provide video analysis of best working practices, analysis that operators on the shop floor can follow and adhere too.

Knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field would be a bonus.
Proven experience working as a Production / Manufacturing / Process Engineer in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement techniques
Ability to provide training and development for operators on the shop floor, input working practices to be followed and adhered too.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
